Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how JalenBuilds ("JalenBuilds," "we," "us") handles information when you visit jalenbuilds.com, email us, or use a legacy compatibility intake previously shared with you. JalenBuilds is the public portfolio and proof surface. New commercial requests start at Nymrel and are also covered by Nymrel's Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you email us or use a legacy compatibility intake, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, business or project context, and message. Some links also carry campaign and referral labels (such as lane, entry, or utm_source) so we can understand how a request reached the site.

The contact form also includes a hidden field that real visitors never fill in — it exists only to catch automated spam submissions and is not used for anything else.

Payment information

JalenBuilds does not offer a new public checkout. If you use a historical payment link that was already provided for an existing referral, checkout is handled by Stripe. JalenBuilds does not receive or store your full card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe may provide payment status, the selected item, and a reference ID needed to support that existing transaction.

Information collected automatically

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are visited, referral sources, and general device/browser type. Plausible does not use cookies and does not track visitors individually across sites or sessions; it reports aggregate, anonymized numbers only.

How we use your information
