Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jalenbuilds.com (the "Site") and any package, audit, subscription plan, or custom build you purchase from JalenBuilds ("JalenBuilds," "we," "us"). What we offer

JalenBuilds provides website and software design, build, and audit services for small businesses, including:

• One-time packages: site audits (Revenue Leak Snapshot, Full Revenue Leak Audit) and Build Scoping.
• Monthly plans: Build Watch, Build Care, and Build Partner, billed on a recurring basis until canceled.
• Custom project work scoped individually after a brief or scoping engagement.

Each package's deliverables are described on its own page in the store before you pay. What you receive is what is described there at the time of purchase.

Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a package or plan, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. One-time packages are billed once; monthly plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. We do not store your full payment card details — Stripe handles and secures that information directly.

Cancellations and refunds

• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its forms, or its checkout.
• Use content, code, or deliverables purchased from JalenBuilds in a way that violates applicable law.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute a purchased audit, report, or deliverable as your own work product without agreement from us.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project, JalenBuilds retains ownership of its own methods, templates, and internal tooling used to produce a deliverable. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JalenBuilds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its services.
