Agreement

These Site Terms ("Terms") govern your use of jalenbuilds.com (the "Site"). JalenBuilds is Jalen Johnson's public portfolio and proof surface. It does not offer new public products, packages, subscriptions, or custom-build checkout. New commercial requests start at Nymrel. Any existing engagement or historical transaction remains governed by the written terms presented for that engagement.

What this site provides

The Site provides public information and proof, including:

• Portfolio pages and links to public work.
• Case studies, operating notes, checklists, and redacted examples.
• A compatibility intake for people who were previously sent there.

Current service, product, package, audit, and custom-build requests are handled by Nymrel. A link from this Site to Nymrel or another third party does not make that third-party surface part of JalenBuilds.

Payment

JalenBuilds does not offer a new public checkout. A historical payment link already provided for an existing referral may be processed by Stripe under the amount and terms shown at that checkout. JalenBuilds does not store full payment-card details.

Cancellations and refunds

The cancellation and refund terms for a current Nymrel purchase are the terms shown or agreed before that purchase. For an existing JalenBuilds referral or historical transaction, use the written engagement or checkout terms and email contact@jalenbuilds.com with the reference ID if support is needed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or its forms to submit false, fraudulent, or malicious information.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its forms, or its checkout.
• Use Site content or code in a way that violates applicable law.
• Copy, resell, sublicense, or present Site content as your own without permission.

Intellectual property

JalenBuilds retains rights in the Site, its original text, design, code, methods, templates, and internal tooling except where a page credits another owner. Ownership of work delivered under an existing engagement is controlled by that engagement's written agreement, not by these Site Terms.

No guarantees of outcome

Audits, reports, and recommendations are professional assessments based on the information available at the time of review. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, traffic, conversion rates, or revenue, since these depend on factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided for information and proof. To the extent permitted by applicable law, JalenBuilds is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of the Site. Nothing here removes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.

Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services, including Plausible Analytics and, for historical payment links, Stripe. Links may also lead to Nymrel and public project sites. Each third party is governed by its own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for more on information handling.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Site changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Site Terms.

Applicable law and other agreements

These Site Terms do not override mandatory rights under applicable law. If a written agreement governs an existing engagement or historical transaction, that agreement controls for that work.
